1. Introduction

Welcome to FewShotPrep ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FewShotPrep platform, including our website, AI-powered mock interview services, and any related applications (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

FewShotPrep is operated from the United Kingdom. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Description of Service

FewShotPrep provides an AI-powered mock interview platform. The Service allows you to:

  • Upload your CV/resume and job descriptions for tailored mock interviews
  • Engage in real-time AI-conducted interview simulations with voice and video
  • Receive AI-generated performance evaluations and feedback
  • Track your interview history and progress over time

The AI interviewer (referred to as "Nancy") is a simulated interviewer and does not represent any real person or employer. Feedback provided is AI-generated and should be used for practice purposes only.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees as described on our Pricing page
  • Authorise recurring charges until you cancel your subscription
  • Accept that subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis

You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models — are owned by FewShotPrep and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, job descriptions). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FewShotPrep and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
